The backup has never been restore-tested
A “backup completed” message is not a copy you can open. We test that before you need it.
The server is down right now

A stamping line froze mid-shift
The server running the MES ran out of memory. Weld specs and dispatch stopped. We moved that line onto a host sized for 24/7 production, so one memory spike does not stop the shift.
